How does it work ?
What if it were up to your service provider to be concerned about cyber-threats so that you can focus on your business ?
DFi service has been, for more than 30 years, a telecommunications provider. Hence, we have an excellent understanding of attacks in Switzerland and in real time. We are the only Swiss provider able to guarantee to our customers that illegitimate known traffic (phishing, malware, ransomware, Trojan horse, infected web sites, …) coming from your networks will be identified AND blocked thanks to our cybersniper solution.
Our approach
Innovative security concepts have been implemented in order to effectively address cyber-threats.
Connections with CERTs (Computer Emergency Response Team), including NATO, have been established. Threat intelligence, which can be defined as knowing your opponents, their motivations, their intentions and their methodologies, is collected, analyzed and injected into our systems in order to protect you. Threat data are also processed in an on-going way by DFi analysts working 24*7.
All these centralized and qualified data are updated every 15 minutes on DFi’s entire network, with the objective to insure the good functioning of our client’s information system, to preserve the image, the know-how of their company as well as the confidentiality of their information. Alerts are sent in real time, notifying clients about the protection they benefit from.
This solution is therefore a unique preventive measure in Switzerland given the large array of cyber-threats we are facing every single day.

cybersniper is available in two modes: a Saas mode and an “on-site” solution.

With this solution (SaaS), you will be able to detect outgoing illegitimate traffic without any additional hardware or software. |
With this solution (on-site), you will be able to detect outgoing illegitimate traffic.
You just have to select the type of hardware required. You have two options available: rack hardware 19” or mini shuttle hardware. It will then be installed and configured by Dfi’s team. |
In case of danger, fraudulent connections will be immediately redirected to a replacement web page (Sinkhole Technology). An alert will be sent directly to you. If other similar alerts have already been sent to you during the past 48 hours, you will not receive any more notifications.
A secured connection with DFi will be established in order to update threats and to send alerts. On a weekly basis, a summary of all alerts will be sent to you so that you can visualize the protection you benefit from.
